Pre and Post Workout Skin Care Routine:
PRE WORKOUT ROUTINE

Remove all your makeup during the workout. When sweat combines
with makeup, acne occurs on your skin.

After washing your face apply a generous amount of
moisturizer, as sweating can lead to dehydrated body and skin.

If you are doing the outdoor workout, apply sunscreen
containing more than 25 SPF.
·
Keep wiping your sweat while working out with a clean towel.
·
Keep yourself hydrated by drinking water throughout.
POST WORKOUT ROUTINE
·
After work out wash your hand immediately, as they become the
hub of germs.
·
Splash some normal water and clean your face with mild
facewash to remove sweat.
·
Take a shower. Clothes drenched in sweat can lead to body
odour and acne on your back shoulder.
·
Apply light moisturizer on your wet face so that cream can
absorb immediately without being looking oily.
